The Weber Master-Touch Kettle is the ultimate standalone Weber Kettle barbeque. It adds all of the extra features such as a hinged cooking grill, temperature gauge, 'Rapidfire' charcoal grate, char-baskets and lock-in ash pan. However it also introduces the brand new Weber 'GBS' grill system. With this system, the centre of the grill is designed to lift out and can be replaced with one of a variety of different surfaces (sold separately). This opens up a whole new world of possibilities to the Weber Kettle, as now it is possible to cook a Pizza or even use a Wok with the charcoal barbeque.
This model also includes P-Vents for greater temprature control, a stainless steel GBS grill and the all new iGrill bracket as well as the new charcoal ring and diffusal plate to ensure ease of use for smoking and low and slow cooks.
